Rainy Day Dismissal Plan - Tuesday, January 17, 2017

Parents, we have finalized our Inclement weather plan for pickup on rainy days. You can find the page with all the information here: Rainy Day Dismissal.

To summarize:

Students will wait in supervised, assigned areas of the building and staff will be posted in specific locations.  We ask parents of students who walk home with a guardian to pick up their children at the entrance facing Cooper Street with easy access to the crosswalk.
Parents must remain in their vehicles.  For the safety of our students, we ask parents to avoid blocking the front entry way and coming into the building as doors are opened by students who are exiting. Additionally, we ask parents to avoid calling students on cell phones and asking them to wait outside.  Most of the adult supervision is positioned inside of the building. The process will be completed quickly if we all cooperate and follow the aforementioned guidelines.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
