Congratulations to Ms. Nikki Walls for being an AWARE Foundation finalist in the Third/Fourth Grade category. Ms. Walls was honored  at the AWARE banquet at UTA on Tuesday evening for her outstanding work with her fourth grade students.

GT Nomination
 
 
Nominations for AISD's Gifted and Talented Program are being accepted.  Nomination may be received from any teacher, parent, or member of the community at-large.  Nominations can be made by requesting a parent nomination form from your student's teacher or the GT Lead Teacher at your student's elementary campus to determine interest in pursuing the program further.
 
 
Volunteers
Volunteers Needed:
 
If you would like to be a Rankin Volunteer, please submit your application as soon as possible. It can take up to 6 weeks to process the applications once they are submitted. The volunteer application must be renewed each school year.
 
You must be an approved volunteer to do any of the following:
 
Attend or help at class parties
Attend Field Day or Field Trips
Volunteer/Help, in any capacity, at any school sponsored events
Help during the school day
 
Help your students succeed in Math!
